FAQs

Are you licensed to fly drones commercially?

Yes — I hold a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate issued by the FAA. This means I’m authorized to legally operate drones for commercial purposes and follow all federal airspace and safety regulations.

How quickly will I receive my photos or videos?

Delivery is typically within 24–48 hours after the shoot. I’ll send you edited, high-resolution files via a download link, ready to upload or share.

Can I request a specific time of day for lighting?

Absolutely. I typically recommend shooting in the early morning or late afternoon for the best lighting, but I’m happy to work with your schedule and listing needs.

What if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?

If weather conditions aren’t safe to fly (high winds, rain, etc.), we’ll reschedule at no extra charge for the next available clear day.

How much do your services cost?

Exterior drone photography starts at $100. I also offer land and acreage shoots and aerial video services. You can view my full pricing here (#) or download the pricing sheet directly.

Do you shoot interiors as well?

At this time, I focus on exterior-only aerial photography and video. If you need interiors, I’m happy to recommend a local photographer.

How do I book a shoot?

Use the Contact or Booking page on this site to submit a request. You can also reach out by email or DM me on Instagram. I’ll follow up quickly to confirm availability.

Are you insured?

Yes — I’m fully insured for commercial drone operations through SkyWatch.AI, a leading provider of UAV liability insurance. This protects both myself and my clients, ensuring every flight is FAA-compliant and backed by coverage.

What drone do you use?

I use the DJI Air 3S, a powerful and reliable drone equipped with a dual-camera system and advanced obstacle avoidance. It captures high-resolution photos and smooth, cinematic video — ideal for showcasing real estate and land listings. All flights are conducted legally under my FAA Part 107 certification.
